Guevara has 20 years of human capital expertise and recently rejoined Savant, which she founded in 1997. For the past three years, Guevara has worked within Genentech's staffing organization as the Talent Acquisition lead for Clinical Science, building their product development leadership team. Guevara has deep knowledge and connections in the life science industry and excels at search strategy and client partnership.

Emery Rowand, Managing Partner

Emery joined Savant Consulting in 1999, after leading sales and marketing teams with Fortune 1000 companies. His practice has been split between software and biotechnology leadership roles. As those two practice areas come together, clients with needs based on computational, clinical and personalized healthcare expertise seek to partner with Savant to build their leadership capabilities.

Catherine Cadloni, Principal

Catherine Cadloni earned her RN degree and worked in a clinical setting until 1995, when she opened the Amsterdam office of recruiting firm Nicholson International. She led the international research team for the Healthcare Practice in Europe and also worked in the Asia Pacific and Americas or several years. Catherine also worked in-house for Kaiser Permanente. Catherine joined Savant Consulting in 2004 where she focuses on the biopharmaceutical, healthcare and high-technology industries.

Donna Motta , Principal

Donna has over 15 years of executive search experience filling senior level positions in a variety of industries including telecommunications, healthcare, finance, banking, high technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail and food distribution. Prior to joining Savant, Donna ran her own consulting firm for nine years. She has extensive experience working with venture capital firms and incubators where she attracted industry leading talent to portfolio companies.
